Refund policy
VEYRA ACTIVE — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@veyraactive.com.au. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
In addition to our store policy, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are always protected. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund regardless of our store policy.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@veyraactive.com.au so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@veyraactive.com.au.
