SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth) 5-7 business days
Regional areas 7-10 business days
Remote areas 10-14 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.

MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@veyraactive.com.au and we will investigate the matter promptly.

Veyra Active is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or events outside our control such as extreme weather or natural disasters.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Veyra Active is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@veyraactive.com.au and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.


YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us immediately at hello@veyraactive.com.au with photos of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.
